📦 For Physical Products (Shipped Items)

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or looking like it lost a fight with the mailman, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—refund, replacement, or possibly interpretive dance. (But probably a replacement.)

🛠️ We may ask for a quick photo of the issue so we can file it under "mysteries of shipping" and do better next time.

If you're just not feelin' it? That’s okay too. As long as your item is unused and in original condition, we’ll happily take it back. You’ll may just need to cover the return shipping.

Digital goodies are instant, magical — and non-refundable, since there’s no way to "return" a download. But if you run into any tech hiccups or something looks off, we want to hear about it! We're happy to troubleshoot, resend files, or help however we can.
